Pierfrancesco joined Plexus Ventures in 2019 after several experiences in the M&A and business development field across Europe.

Today he is based in Milan and actively contributes to the research and implementation of local and European projects due to the consolidated relationships with the main Italian and Spanish pharmaceutical companies he has formed.

Prior to joining Plexus, Pierfrancesco has worked for his own company, Ricerchimica, opening branches over the years in Barcelona and London where he lived for 3 years. Most recently, he collaborated for over three years with EY as Senior Advisor in the M&A healthcare department.

Pierfrancesco is co-founder of a start-up accelerator (Life Science District) and is a Member of Italian Angels for Biotech. He holds a degree in organic chemistry.
