Roger joined Plexus in 2005 and is currently based in Florida.

Prior to joining Plexus Roger worked in several leadership roles in research, product development, regulatory affairs, and alliance management with Eli Lilly and Company, and subsequently was the CEO and President of Antares Pharma.

As a Regional Advisor for Plexus in the USA and Europe, Roger is able to leverage his strong R&D background to support client programs and in facilitating their outreach to potential licensees.
