London, England – The Pharmaceutical Licensing Group, whose mission is promote and support excellence in deal making across the healthcare industry, recently awarded Mundipharma International its inaugural “PLG Deal of the Year” for its acquisition of Cinfa Biotech.
This deal helped both companies to achieve critical strategic goals – for Mundipharma, additional medicines and a network to develop future biosimilars; and for Cinfa Group, the ability to invest greater resources in support of small molecule and specialty generic products and the OTC/consumer healthcare product lines.
