Olessia joined Plexus Ventures in 2020 and is based in the area near to Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Capitalizing on her previous experience and network, Olessia brought considerable number of new relationships and contacts with companies in Germany, CEE and CIS, especially in the space of consumer health care.

Prior to joining Plexus, Olessia served for almost 15 years at Berlin-Chemie AG / Menarini focusing on Scouting, Business Development and Licensing activities for the countries of CEE, CIS, and Russia. In this position, she identified, negotiated, and closed several transactions for OTC medications. Later, she took over Alliance Management assignment to lead existing partnerships, excelling in practical experience of relations management and business operations.

Olessia’s nearly 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical sector embraces multiple functional areas starting from business development and licensing to marketing, market research and business operations.
